this past weekend i took some photos of my brother ryan. i think they turned out really good and it was such a blast. there are a couple with our mom and dad. thanks bro for letting me take your pictures... your a pretty good model ;) love you!

Jones Family

i just got lightroom for my computer and i had a lot of fun playing around with this photo. amazing program by the way... i definitely recommend it!

class model

on thursday we took photos of models to better develop our skills at directing a shoot. it was awesome and kirsten was very easy and fun to work with.

Learning to direct models in a shoot

The photos where taken of a couple models that came into my photo lighting class. It was the first time that i have taken photos of a model and to be honest it was a little intimidating at first to direct the shoot. After a few photos it was easier to loosen up and just have fun taking the photos.

color background

lauren stratton was the model in class while we experimented with color gels to produce colored back lighting. the red background looked awesome with her red lipstick. thanks for being such a great model girl.

Photo Lollipop

This was an activity that my Photo III class did on UVU campus. We just stood in the hall with a sign that said "we take your photo, you get a lollipop". It was seriously so fun to take pictures of all these different people.
